Russia is gearing up to put new legislation in place to regulate ICOs, cryptocurrency mining, and virtual currency transactions, reports a Russian state-run online publication. The new legislation would take effect July 1, according to a translated version of publication. There are two different cryptocurrency drafts on the table, one from the Bank of Russia, the country’s central bank, and the other from the Ministry of Finance. Read more here.
