A study of more than 300,000 traders on Australia’s digital currency exchanges reveals that the vast majority, 83%, are male and younger than 40, according to a joint research project released Tuesday by Accenture and the Australian Digital Commerce Association. The report found that more than AU$3.9 billion was traded in 2017, with bitcoin (BTC) accounting for AU$1.86 billion and ether (ETH) accounting for AU$712 million, the report found. Read more here.
