Closely watched Telegram has raised $850 million in the second round of its initial coin offering (ICO), according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Telegram plans to use the proceeds to help develop its Telegram messenger app and create its own blockchain platform called the Telegraph Open Network, reports Cointelegraph. Telegram’s ICO has attracted 94 various participants to date for its ICO, which began collecting funds on March 14, Cointelegraph reports. Read more here.
