In a sign interest in cryptocurrencies is swelling, major cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase said in a blog post that it plans to open two new customer support offices.
Coinbase will open an office in Portland, Ore., by month’s end and another in Europe at the end of the summer, the post reported.
The company also said it had increased its support team by 150 percent over the past 90 days and now has more than 600 agents working at three different locations.
Coinbase said it began planning to bolster customer support after it saw demand for its services grow by 40 times in 2017, with transaction volumes in November and December jumping 295 percent. Read more here.
