Delaware is the capital of incorporation in the U.S. thanks to the First State’s business-friendly regulations.
But with more than a million companies incorporated in Delaware, the Department of State’s Division of Corporations is looking at blockchain as a way of making the filing process even easier.
Under consideration are creating a system for notifications of changes to uniform commercial code filings and streamlining management of records related to company incorporations and stock ownership, GCN reports.
