In Wakanda, you don’t mess with the Black Panther. In the world of comic book characters, you don’t mess with Marvel Comics.

The company behind Captain America, Spider-Man, the Hulk and the Black Panther is weighing whether to block a company called Wilsondom from taking out a trademark on the term Wacoinda, CoinDesk reports.

Wilsondom wants to provide education and economic empowerment initiatives aimed at the African-American community, according to legal information website Justia.

But Wacoinda sounds too much like Wakanda to Marvel, and that’s why its subsidiary, Marvel Characters, has filed for extensions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to receive more time before deciding whether it will oppose the Wacoinda trademark submission, as well as a second one for the “Wakanda Wine Fest,” according to CoinDesk, adding it had not heard from Marvel at press time.

Sounds like another Infinity War is brewing. Read more here.
