One in four millennials is interested in investing in cryptocurrencies over the next year, while men across all age groups outpace women two to one.

According to a Circle investment survey of more than 3,000 individuals including millennials, Gen Xers, and baby boomers, 42 percent of male millennials and 27 percent of female millennials believe themselves to be “aggressive” investors.

Circle’s report states that 25 percent of millennials want to buy cryptocurrencies in the next 12 months. Across all age groups, 17 percent of males plan to purchase cryptocurrencies, while only 8 percent of females do. However, Circle says interest levels are rising, with 11 percent saying cryptocurrency is a way to make money “fast.”
