The head of trading at Coinbase, Hunter Merghart, has left the U.S. crypto exchange and wallet provider after six months on the job.

CoinDesk, quoting unnamed sources, said Merghart decided to leave the company last week. Coinbase wouldn’t comment on the move. Merghart reportedly left out of frustration he wasn’t getting enough resources or clarity on where the exchange is going in building an institutional business, according to two sources.

His departure comes after his boss, Adam White, left Coinbase to become the chief operating officer of Bakkt, the cryptocurrency trading platform to be launched in December by Intercontinental Exchange.
